Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sublimidial mobile application (the “App”), operated by Hanan Masiya / Sublimidial LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (which explains how we collect and use information).

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Sublimidial.

If you are under the age of majority, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Price: $3.99 USD per month with a 3-day free trial.
• Billing: Processed through Google Play; local taxes may apply.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled via Google Play › Payments & Subscriptions.
• Free Trial: Cancel at least 24 hours before trial end to avoid charges. One trial per account.
• Refunds: Only available per Google Play’s refund policies.

4. App Features and Availability

The App offers visual overlay and audio playback tools (including multi-voice layers and text-to-speech options).
